My journey to K2 has been shaped by a genuine passion for people, purposeful change, and building global mobility programmes that truly make a difference. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of viewing global mobility from every angle — operational, strategic, and human.
Joining K2 was truly a door that God opened for me at a time when I needed flexibility to care for my ill daughter. Out of the blue, I received a call from Nick, K2’s CEO, offering me the opportunity to work in alignment with my gifting while maintaining a healthy work–life balance. It was a blessing that allowed me to continue doing meaningful work while prioritising my family — something I remain deeply grateful for.
When I joined K2 in 2012, I was drawn to its entrepreneurial spirit and culture of openness. It was clear from the start that this was a company where ideas are valued, innovation is encouraged, and people are trusted to lead. That freedom to think differently and deliver meaningful change continues to inspire me every day.
In my current role within K2’s Advisory Services, I focus on developing our capability and reputation as a leader in global mobility consulting. I particularly enjoy projects that require navigating complex challenges — designing mobility programmes, re-engineering processes, or driving cultural transformation — and turning them into practical, people-centred solutions. My in-house experience allows me to fully understand the strategic context from a client’s perspective, ensuring every recommendation we make is both insightful and actionable.

At the heart of everything I do are relationships: connecting with clients and colleagues, understanding their needs, and working collaboratively to bring about change that not only drives results but also changes lives. For me, global mobility is ultimately about connection — helping people grow, thrive, and feel at home wherever in the world their work takes them.
