My career started in Bangkok with ExxonMobil, where I spent over a decade working in international mobility and expatriate management. I had the chance to live and work in Thailand, Papua New Guinea, Argentina, and the UK, gaining hands-on experience across the full assignment lifecycle — from immigration and payroll to policy design and vendor coordination.

Joining K2 felt like a natural fit. I was drawn to the collaborative, client-first culture, and I really value the sense of partnership across teams and regions.
