With nearly 20 years of experience in the global mobility industry – 14 of those spent in-house – I bring a client first mindset to every mobility challenge. My background spans the finance and oil & gas sectors, where I have led comprehensive global mobility programs and managed complex office buildouts in Moscow, Israel and Dubai.

I have built a career rooted in strategic insight, operational excellence and a deep understanding of the human side of mobility. I’m passionate about helping clients to design mobility solutions that are closely aligned with their business goals, ensure compliance, and simplify processes by removing unnecessary complexity – while never losing sight of the human aspects that are essential to a positive employee experience.

Like many, I fell into the world of global mobility rather than it being a life-long ambition. My journey began in 1999 when, desperate to move to London, I joined PWC’s graduate scheme – the first to include GM roles within their Expatriate Tax Services group. With an unusual passion for both numbers and languages & cultures, global mobility quickly felt like the perfect fit, and I’ve never looked back.

Pivotable moments of my career include leading Goldman Sachs’ BRICS location buildout and supporting BP’s evacuating assignees from Algeria following the terrorist attack in 2013. These experiences honed my ability to unite stakeholders across regions and functions to deliver seamless mobility solutions.

After gaining foundational experience in a  ‘Big 4’ environment and being constantly knuckle wrapped for doing more than we were charging for,  I wanted to fully understand global mobility from the client’s perspective and be free to go the extra mile! I subsequently joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst supporting their Fixed Income and Equities expatriates and went on to become the EMEA Regional GM Head. The firm’s fast paced, high-pressure environment was fundamental in shaping my approach to work:  delivering exceptional client service, maintaining a strong work ethic and placing huge importance on teamwork.

Having worked temporarily in India and Hong Kong, and lived in France and Luxembourg, I understand the nuances of regional operations and the importance of aligning regional mobility strategies with broader business goals,  blending cultural awareness with practical execution.

I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented professionals in the industry,  who also happen to be really great human beings  - many of whom are now friends. Over a decade ago, as I relocated to Luxembourg myself, I watched two of these fantastic colleagues become part of the K2 family. I saw a visionary company, led by a relentless drive for service excellence go from strength to strength. It's an honour to now be part of K2’s continued journey and be back working alongside the best in the business.

In Advisory Services, no two days are the same. Each client brings unique requirements – whether it’s building a mobility program from the ground up or reviewing a specific area of an existing program. We are often seen as the ‘go-to’ function and we thrive on solving complex, sometimes quirky, queries and delivering tailored strategic solutions to our clients.
